2. Services

We provide construction services including loft conversions, house extensions, full house refurbishments, HMO conversions and roofing services. The scope of each project will be agreed in writing before work commences.

3. Quotations & Contracts

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • A written agreement or signed quote must be in place before any work begins.
  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be agreed in writing and may affect the price and timeline.
  • We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be set out in your individual contract or quotation.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Stage payments may apply for larger projects.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of works.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

5. Our Responsibilities

We will:

  • Carry out all work to a professional standard in accordance with relevant Building Regulations and industry best practices.
  • Use qualified tradespeople and ensure all work meets required compliance standards.
  • Keep you informed of progress and any issues that arise during the project.
  • Leave the site in a clean and safe condition upon completion.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.
  • Ensure all necessary planning permissions and approvals are in place before work starts, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns during the project.

7. Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the contract for any direct losses arising from our work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We carry public liability insurance. Details are available upon request.

8. Defects & Warranty

We will rectify any defects in our workmanship reported within 12 months of project completion at no additional charge, provided the defect is not caused by misuse, third-party interference or normal wear and tear.

9. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a project before work starts with written notice. Any reasonable costs already incurred will be charged.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend work if payment is not received or if site conditions are unsafe.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
